I tried this place because of google reviews so it only seems right to leave one myself. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Such a relief to find a mechanic you can truly trust. I went in one morning last week for an oil change and the owner (Jeff) greeted me right away and asked what he could do for me. When I told him that I needed an oil change he was honest and said they we backed up, the asked if could I come back the next morning. Every other place would have been dishonest and made me wait. When I said yes he confirmed a time and said they’d be ready and waiting. When I came back the next morning they remembered me and got started right away. I had my 2 year old son with me. That’s usually a dreaded situation but he really enjoyed watching them work through the huge glass window. Jeff and the receptionist were so warm and welcoming. Jeff even looked around and found a little airplane hot wheel toy and gave it to my son to keep! Then one of the mechanics (after seeing us through the window) came in with a huge sheet of bubble wrap. Then he invited us into the garage to get a closer look at what they were doing and even let him press the lift button to lower one of the cars! I am just so impressed and grateful. No more drive through oil changes for me. No more upselling, uncomfortable accommodations, or cold interactions. They went above and beyond what I needed, and I am so grateful. I know this review might seem like hyperbole but as a mother with small children I have always put off getting my oil changed because of the many reasons I dread it. The last time I got my oil changed I was told that my car needed the most expensive oil along with a new air filter because of some bogus reason that was just a downright lie. My husband even went back with our other car and they said the same thing to him so he responded with the truth and they backed off. What a relief to never have to deal with that kind of thing again. Thank you Jeff and team for all that you did for my son and I! We will most definitely be bringing all of our business to you from now on.
